From 18 to 23 March 2018, more than 2,700 exhibitors presented their innovations in the field of lighting, electrical engineering, and home and building automation at the world's leading trade fair, Light + Building in Frankfurt am Main.

Three representatives of the OMS Group, Jörg Fischer from Relay GmbH, Hermann Lertes from the engineering firm of the same name, and Remo Reichel from Solvimus GmbH, presented the only interoperable standard for smart metering at the OPEN BUILDING AUTOMATION marketplace. The marketplace was located in Hall 9.1, where other German and international companies as well as associations in the field of home and building automation were present.

The centrally located OMS stand served as a meeting place for visitors who wanted to learn more about the versatile use of M-Bus and wireless M-Bus, about the reduction of energy consumption by OMS as well as its investment and planning security. Mr. Fischer's presentation was well attended and attracted various industry professionals.
